description Located in the Neuse River Recreation Area in eastern North Carolina, Flanners Beach Campground is situated on a bluff overlooking the scenic Neuse River and within a half-hour drive from the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
drivingDirection Flanners Beach Campground is located between New Bern and Morehead City, North Carolina, just 1/2 mile off US 70. From New Bern, travel southeast about ten miles on US 70E. Turn left onto Flanners Beach Road (State Route 1107) and travel about 1/2 mile to the recreation area. From Morehead City, travel northwest on US 70W about 20 miles. Turn right onto Flanners Beach Road (State Route 1107) and travel about 1/2 mile to the recreation area.

importantInformation 22 campsites have electrical hookups, and all sites can accommodate RVs and tents. In addition to the basic campsite fee, a $5 surcharge fee will be collected onsite for all campsites with electrical hookups. This fee is not subject to Interagency Pass discounts. No full RV hookups, electrical hookups only. No boat ramp available. DOG LIMIT: 2 A few sites are designed to accommodate two times the number of people that a single site can accommodate. The cost for those sites is double the single site fee, plus double the electrical surcharge. Don't Move Firewood: Help protect our forests!
